ACCOMMODATION RULES:

Hotel requests will be processed in chronological order (according to post-mark)
In case of not availability of the hotel requested, FA.SI. Congress will assign another accommodation with similar price. Your authorization will be requested in advance
FA.SI. Congress must receive request of accommodation within March 31^st, 2000 together with the deposit requested (2 nights plus Euro 10.33 for postal and organizational charges).
After the deadline, the request will bee accepted only if there
are still rooms available
Deposit can be made only in EURO or Italian Lira and by:
- Bank Transfer to "FA.SI. Congress Account 2996/31 ABI 56960 CAB 3208
  Banca Popolare di Sondrio Ag.8 V.le Somalia, 255 - Roma"
- or by International Cheque payable to FA.SI. Congress
No Credit Cards are accepted
Final Bill will be payable directly to the Hotel upon departure. Credit Cards are accepted

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Only written request of cancellation, addressed to FA.SI. Congress, will be taken into consideration:

Within April 30^th, 2000 total amount will be refunded less secretarial expenses.

After May 1^st, 2000 no refund will be made

Please, open the Hotel Reservation Form word file, print, compile and send this form together with the payment by mail to
